Carl Michael Keating
First Responder/Cemetery Sexton

Carl became part of our team in early 2002.  He started his duties as the Deschutes Memorial Garden and Chapel Cemetarian, handling the details of burials and so much more.  He is now in charge of all cemeteries in our area except the city owned Pilot Butte Cemetery.  His sensitivity to people in need has proven to be so powerful, folks started to ask that Carl be sent to their homes to lend support at that all important - time of death.  His presence is calming – He is our first responder.

RoseAnn Davis
Administrative Assistant

RoseAnn joined Deschutes Memorial Chapel and Gardens in 1991, moving to Central Oregon from Concord, California with her husband of 44 years, Dave.  She began as an account clerk, working her way up to Administrator. In 2004 she took a leave of absence and returned again in 2005 as an Administrative Assistant.  She has a background of more than 20 years in bookkeeping and office administration skills.

In her absence from Deschutes Memorial Chapel & Gardens, RoseAnn went back to school to become a licensed tax preparer for the State of Oregon, as well as a Notary Public.  She says, "These will be my retirement jobs."

RoseAnn is the proud mother of two boys; five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild soon to arrive, and, of course, her miniature schnauzer, Corkie.

She has found working in the funeral industry to be a very rewarding experience.  RoseAnn enjoys all activities outdoors, and also cares for her "young" 94-year old mother.  And, on occasion, still does a bit of bowling.
